Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily care including feeding, diapering, grooming, and supervising children
- Establish routines and support age-appropriate learning, behavior, and social skills
- Monitor children's health, safety, and emotional well-being and report concerns
- Prepare children for the next stage of care or school readiness
- Introduce children to activities such as art, music, and play-based learning
- Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing toys, rooms, and play areas
- Keep accurate childcare records and communicate progress with parents
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- One year of childcare or rehabilitation experience preferred
- Knowledge of child development stages
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the day
- Valid immunization record and ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to complete required training and compliance coursework
