Responsibilities
Provides clinical and operational leadership for inpatient psychiatry services at View Hospital, including:
- Program development
- Direct patient care
- Quality oversight
- Interdisciplinary coordination
- Support of the academic mission of UCR School of Medicine
Requirements
M.D. or equivalent degree, board certified and/or eligible to practice in the State of California by the time of employment.
Qualifies for medical staff privileges at UCR Health and UCR affiliated hospitals.
Pay
The full salary range for the Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist positions are:
- Associate Physician Diplomate (board certified + 1 year exp): $163,400 - $400,300; expected pay scale for this position is up to $330,000 annually.
- Associate Physician (board eligible + 1 year exp): $142,100 - $348,100; expected pay scale for this position is up to $315,000 annually.
- Assistant Physician (board eligible): $123,500 - $302,600; expected pay scale for this position is up to $290,000 annually.
Schedule
Annual rates are at 100% FTE appointment.
