About the role

The McDonnel Group is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to provide strategic leadership across Operations—including Field Operations and Project Management—as well as Preconstruction and Estimating teams. This executive will drive operational excellence, strengthen collaboration, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Operations, Field Operations, and Project Management teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management (required)
• Extensive commercial construction experience
• Proven record of leading high-performing teams and complex projects
