Overview

Select Specialty Hospital Fairhill is a critical illness recovery hospital dedicated to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronically ill patients. As a Chief Operating Officer, you will join the Select Medical Administrator In-Training program, gaining practical operational experience in a critical illness recovery hospital setting.

Program Details

• Extensive orientation program
• Four key areas of training: orientation, enculturation, administrative onboarding and support
• Training conducted at designated sites nationwide with dedicated mentors

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree
• Three (3) years managerial experience in a healthcare institution
• Specific management functions of finance, strategic planning, and community education of health programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Operational leadership experience in an acute care or specialty hospital setting

Salary Range

$110,000 - $120,000
