Job Context

A leading integrated composite textile manufacturing company in Bangladesh is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead its overall manufacturing operations. The company operates integrated facilities covering Spinning, Weaving, Knitting, Yarn Dyeing, Dyeing, Printing, Finishing, and Garment Washing, serving reputed local and international customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall manufacturing operations of the composite mill.
• Ensure production, quality, productivity, efficiency, and delivery targets.
• Optimize capacity, manpower, machinery, and operational costs.
• Drive continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, and waste reduction.
• Ensure effective coordination among Production, Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, environmental, and customer requirements.
• Provide strategic operational guidance to the Board and Top Management.

Requirements

• At least 20 years of experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Textile Engineering (TE).
