This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage the company's execution rhythm and cross-functional planning
- Drive execution against the company's scorecard and KPIs
- Orchestrate cross-departmental initiatives and resolve conflicts
- Translate strategic objectives into annual and quarterly operational plans
- Embed AI and automation throughout operational functions for scalability
- Oversee end-to-end customer implementations and service quality
- Run day-to-day operational functions serving live clients
Qualifications
- 7+ years in operations leadership with a focus on execution and scalability
- Experience in a SaaS or healthcare technology environment
- Proven track record in service and delivery metrics
- Demonstrated ability to implement AI and automation effectively
- Strong integrative skills with high emotional intelligence
- Experience in building operational infrastructures for scaling organizations
- Ability to manage and mentor frontline operations talent

$300,000 – $400,000 annually
