Established, multi-practice Fort Lauderdale law firm seeks a high-trust Chief Operating Officer to drive its next stage of growth. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Direct reporting line to firm ownership with high-level access to financials and strategic decision-making. The role offers real autonomy and operational leadership, with bonus upside tied directly to firm growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, JD, or advanced degree strongly preferred
• Experience in a professional services organization (law firm experience a strong plus)
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
• Judgment and discretion demanded by this high-trust seat
• Must be local to or willing to relocate to the Fort Lauderdale area—fully in-office role

Pay

$150,000+ base (negotiable) plus performance bonus tied to firm growth.
