Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
