About the Role
The City of Delavan, Wisconsin is seeking a Chief of Police to replace the retiring chief. The Chief is the senior law‑enforcement officer in the city and is responsible for managing the Delavan Police Department.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and direction for the Delavan Police Department.
- Manage departmental operations, personnel, and resources.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategic plans.
- Oversee community policing initiatives and public safety programs.
- Collaborate with the Police and Fire Commission and other city officials.
Requirements

Compensation
