Responsibilities

  • Lead Marketing Strategy: Build and execute a national marketing strategy to scale revenue and reputation across markets. Align all initiatives with firm values: service, leadership, loyalty, and faith.

  • Full-Funnel Execution: Own all marketing touchpoints: paid media, social, SEO, PR, TV/radio, influencer, community outreach. Ensure strategy reaches and resonates with Hispanic and immigrant audiences.
  • Brand & Storytelling: Build a powerful brand that evokes trust, purpose, and transformation. Tell the firm’s story through emotionally resonant client journeys and community engagement.
  • Marketing Performance & Analytics: Implement KPIs for all campaigns. Track CAC, CPL, cost per signed case, ROI. Integrate dashboards and reporting to guide weekly/monthly strategy shifts.
  • Technology & Automation: Leverage CRM (Salesforce), CallRail, Google Analytics, and AI-powered tools to streamline processes and scale results.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Intake, Legal Ops, and Sales to ensure end-to-end client journey is cohesive and high-converting.
  • Multi-State & Cultural Expansion: Localize campaigns across Miami, Orlando, NYC, and Texas. Navigate compliance nuances for legal marketing (Bar rules) in each state.
  • Budget & Vendor Management: Manage marketing budgets of $10M+ annually. Negotiate vendor and media contracts. Ensure cost-effective campaign execution and vendor accountability.
  • Executive Collaboration: Serve as part of the Executive Leadership Team. Translate marketing metrics into business outcomes to influence firmwide decisions.

Qualifications

  • Proven Growth & Revenue Leadership: Successfully scaled marketing in a company growing from $50M to $250M+. Managed $10M+ annual marketing budgets with strong, measurable ROI. Experience driving 30%+ year-over-year growth. Built and scaled both B2C and B2B acquisition strategies, ideally in regulated or professional services industries.
  • Full-Funnel & Multi-Channel Expertise: Deep expertise across digital (SEO, Google Ads, Meta, social, video), traditional (TV, radio, billboards), PR, influencer, and brand partnerships. Proven ability to combine performance marketing (CPL/CPA) with brand storytelling to drive both lead volume and trust. Experience managing multi-state and multi-office campaigns, including bilingual markets.
  • Strategic Vision & Execution: Built and scaled national brands. Developed repeatable marketing systems (“flywheels”) that compound growth. Led marketing transformation initiatives including CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation, and AI-driven tools and optimization.
  • Operational Excellence: Built and led high-performing in-house teams (15+ marketers). Established KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems with metrics across lead generation, client acquisition, and conversion. Strong experience in budget planning and allocation, vendor and agency management, and media buying and ROI optimization.
  • Team Leadership & Development: 10+ years in senior marketing leadership (CMO, VP, SVP). Managed 7+ direct reports and 20–30+ person teams across marketing and sales functions. Proven track record of hiring, mentoring, and developing strong talent and building accountable, high-performance teams.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Expert in translating data into actionable growth strategies. Strong experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics, CallRail, attribution modeling, and campaign tracking. Ability to clearly communicate what’s working, what’s not, and how to optimize.
  • Hands-On, Builder Mentality: Comfortable executing, not just leading strategy. Thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. Willing to dive into campaign gaps, funnel performance, and creative and channel optimization. Works cross-functionally with intake, sales, and operations to improve the full client journey.
  • Regulated Industry Experience: Experience in legal, healthcare, insurance, financial services, or similar industries. Strong understanding of compliance constraints, reputation management, and high-trust customer acquisition.
  • Executive Presence & Communication: Confident communicator with experience presenting to C-level leadership, boards, and external stakeholders. Able to translate marketing into business outcomes: revenue growth, CAC / CPL, ROI, and retention.
