Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive IT and digital transformation roadmap aligned with business goals of the organization.
Establish and maintain IT governance, policies, procedures and performance metrics.
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning, automation, interoperability solutions).
Lead initiatives to modernize systems, including: electronic health records, enterprise applications, digital health and client engagement platforms.
Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Provide leadership and guidance with cybersecurity, risk assessment, incident response planning, business continuity and disaster recovery. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and standards (e.g. HIPAA).
Serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team contributing to organizational strategy and planning.
Collaborate with clinical, operational and administrative leaders to align IT solutions with business needs.
Maintain strong collaborative relationships across diverse teams and populations.
Oversee and be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including: resource assignments, workflow analysis, prioritization of projects and resources, development of standards, policies and procedures, setting and managing timelines.
Qualifications
A Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience.
10 - 15 years of progressive IT leadership experience at least 6 of which in a healthcare or behavioral health environment. Non-profit, healthcare or mission-driven experience strongly preferred.
Strong leadership, collaboration, and change management skills with a focus on building trust and engagement.
Pay
$225,000 USD - $250,000 USD

Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
