Tom James Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO).
About the role
The ideal candidate will lead the technology strategy and operations for Tom James Company, a global leader in custom clothing and retail. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CIO will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s technology infrastructure supports its business objectives and drives innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
- Oversee all aspects of IT operations including IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management.
- Manage the technology budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technological challenges and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading technology initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles.
- Experience in managing large-scale IT projects and teams.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and trends in the tech industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
