Chief Financial and Operating Officer Role
This role is a key member of Pike’s senior leadership team, serving as a strategic partner to the Head of School and Board of Trustees. The CFOO oversees non-academic functions including finance, facilities, human resources, and risk management, ensuring alignment with Pike’s priorities.
Responsibilities
- Help shape the financial and operational future of Pike
- Play a central role in long-range planning, financial sustainability, and operational excellence
- Guide thoughtful decision-making and contribute meaningfully to Pike’s next chapter
Requirements
- Experience leading finance and operations in a K-12 setting
- Strong financial acumen and strategic vision
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to lead change and influence decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in K-12 education is a plus
