Requirements
- Significant experience in financial governance, risk management and maintaining robust control and compliance frameworks.
- Expertise in financial stewardship, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-term sustainability.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of public or charity sector finance.
- A collaborative and influential leader who communicates effectively at all levels, remains resilient under pressure, and takes a strategic, solutions-focused approach.
- Experience delivering efficiency and cost improvement programs to support financial recovery.

Pay
The salary range for this role is £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
