Responsibilities
- Partner with CEO to develop strategic financial plans
- Lead the creation of innovative financial models for decision support
- Champion continuous improvement through data and technology use
- Manage budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with other teams
- Streamline financial operations for enhanced efficiency
- Build and develop a high-performing finance team
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and risk management
Qualifications
- MBA, CPA, or equivalent experience preferred
- 12+ years of progressive financial leadership
- Proven track record of leading financial transformation
- Experience in organizations with blended revenue models
- Strong expertise in leveraging data and technology for financial decision-making
