About the role

The Chief Financial Officer will lead the financial strategy and operations of Hunterdon Healthcare System, Inc. The position will be based at 2100 Wescott Drive, Flemington, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
• Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Lead financial planning and analysis activities
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in healthcare finance or related field
• Proven track record of successful financial management and strategic planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and standards

Qualifications

• CPA certification preferred
• Experience leading teams and managing complex projects
• Understanding of healthcare reimbursement models and payment methodologies
