Reporting directly to the President, the Chief Financial Officer serves as the senior finance leader and a key member of the executive leadership team. The CFO provides financial leadership, commodity risk management expertise, operational support, and strategic partnership while overseeing all finance and accounting functions.This role requires a leader who combines strong technical finance capabilities with sound judgment, business acumen, and a collaborative leadership style. The successful candidate will influence through credibility and relationships, partnering across the organization and with global stakeholders to drive performance, manage risk, and support growth. Worksite Location: Rosemount, MN Salary Range: Base Compensation could exceed $300K + Bonus BenefitsMedicalVision, Dental, Life Insurance401(k) retirement savings programLong & Short-term DisabilityPaid Time-Off Roles & Responsibilities: Financial LeadershipLead accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting.Deliver financial insights and analysis to support business decisions and profitability.Maintain strong financial controls, discipline, and accountability. Commodity Risk Management & HedgingLead commodity risk management and hedging strategies to protect margins and manage market exposure.Monitor commodity markets and provide guidance on risk, forecasting, and mitigation strategies.Partner with commercial, purchasing, and operations leaders to evaluate risks and opportunities. Strategic Business PartnershipServe as a trusted advisor to the President and executive leadership team.Support decision-making through financial analysis, scenario planning, and operational insight.Identify opportunities to improve performance, enhance margins, and increase organizational effectiveness.Provide constructive challenge and independent perspective when needed. Finance Team LeadershipLead and develop a high-performing finance team of approximately 6-7 professionals.Directly manage the FP&A Director and Controller.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth. Banking, Treasury & Capital PlanningManage banking relationships, financing activities, treasury operations, and long-term capital planning.Oversee cash flow, liquidity management, and financial risk.Partner with external advisors on tax, audit, compliance, and treasury matters. Global Reporting & GovernanceCollaborate with global finance teams to ensure alignment with reporting standards, governance requirements, and financial processes.Support integration initiatives and cross-functional financial projects.Contribute to broader strategic and financial leadership initiatives across the organization. Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.Progressive financial leadership experience culminating in a CFO or senior finance executive role.Demonstrated commodity hedging and risk management experience.Experience within manufacturing, industrial, processing, commodities, agriculture, metals, or related sectors.Strong understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing economics.Experience leading financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting functions.Demonstrated success managing banking relationships, financing activities, and treasury operations.
