Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including prior CFO or senior finance executive roles
- Significant experience in Life Insurance carrier, TPA operations, or similarly regulated financial services environments
- Deep knowledge of insurance accounting, statutory reporting, and regulatory compliance
- Proven experience with SOC compliance, audits, and internal control frameworks
- Strong M&A experience, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration
Preferred
- CPA, CFA, or MBA
- Experience with Life Insurance and Long-Term Care products
- Experience overseeing investment portfolios and real estate assets
- Prior experience scaling a company through significant revenue and operational growth
