About the role

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cincinnati, OH, responsible for overseeing all financial operations of Perfection Group. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading financial planning and analysis, managing budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The CFO will oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, maintain internal controls, and support compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. This role collaborates closely with executive leadership to inform strategic decisions, guide capital investments, and support growth initiatives. The CFO will lead and mentor the finance team, drive process improvements, and partner with operational leaders to enhance financial performance across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Finance, including financial management, corporate finance, and strategic financial leadership skills.
  • Expertise in Financial Planning and budgeting, including forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial strategy.
  • Advanced skills in Financial Reporting and Financial Statements, including GAAP compliance and preparation of executive-level reports.
  • Roadust Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, evaluating business performance, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Prominent experience in senior financial leadership, ideally as a CFO or equivalent in a complex, multi-site or service-based organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop finance teams, build cross-functional partnerships, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with ERP systems, financial modeling tools, and process improvement initiatives; familiarity with facility services or construction industries is an advantage.
