Job Context

A leading publicly listed and integrated composite textile manufacturing company in Bangladesh is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial management and provide strategic financial direction. The company operates integrated Spinning, Weaving, Knitting, Dyeing, Printing, and Finishing facilities and serves reputed local and international customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance, Accounts, Treasury, and overall financial management.
• Develop financial strategies, budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
• Oversee financial reporting, cash flow, working capital, and cost management.
• Monitor profitability, manufacturing costs, and financial performance.
• Manage banking, trade finance, foreign currency, and financing arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial, tax, VAT, and regulatory requirements.
• Strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and risk management.
• Provide strategic financial advice to the Board and Top Management.
• Lead and develop the Finance & Accounts team.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of experience.
• Master of Business Administration in Accounting.
