About the role

This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO to shape financial strategy for mission impact
• Serve as a thought leader to modernize financial systems
• Lead the design of forward-looking financial models
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement
• Oversee budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes
• Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights
• Assess and transform financial operations for efficiency

Qualifications

• MBA, CPA, or equivalent experience preferred
• 12+ years of progressive financial leadership
• Successful track record in financial transformation
• Experience with blended revenue models and diverse funding streams
• Strong grasp of data, technology, and analytics in finance

Pay

$300,000 – $350,000 annually
