Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and strategic planning for all five Surfside Laundry locations.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Lead a diverse team of managers and staff to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, resources, and capital investments effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial laundry operations at an executive or senior management level.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple locations.
