Job Description:

• Oversee the functionality and safety of the hotel property, including the physical buildings, mechanical equipment, electrical system/s, heating and cooling systems, life safety systems and grounds.
• Direct general construction and the installation, maintenance, and repair of all electrical, mechanical, and architectural systems throughout the facility.
• Ensure operational efficiency and safety.
• Roll their sleeves up and assist our teams when needed.
• Provide innovative ways that align with our mission to be the best, most respected hotel company in America.

Necessary Skills:

• Bend, reach, kneel, push, and stretch and lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds.
• Perform work for 8 hours and work in a restrictive space/environment.
• Have eyesight enabling vision both near and far.
• Be comfortable using a step stool or ladder.
• Use/lift arms for up to 8 hours.
• Handle heat and stress.
• Work in varying weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, etc.
• Have finger dexterity for operating equipment.
• Speak in a clear, understandable voice, hear at a basic level, and understand English.
• Write.
• Have dependable transportation available.
• Able to work with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
