Role Mandate Build a disciplined US energy and infrastructure development pipeline aligned with TerraHash Energy’s strategic direction.Own project development from origination and site evaluation through utility coordination, diligence and execution readiness.Create the external partner network and internal decision framework needed to scale a credible project platform. Key Responsibilities Lead origination, evaluation and development of renewable energy and infrastructure opportunities.Advance site control, utility coordination, interconnection, permitting and development strategy.Build relationships with landowners, utilities, EPC firms, engineering providers and strategic partners.Coordinate technical, commercial and financial diligence across the project pipeline.Establish development processes, reporting standards and decision gates suitable for a growing platform.Work closely with company leadership on strategy, capital planning and external counterparties. Preferred Profile 10+ years of relevant experience in US energy, infrastructure or project development.Strong understanding of power markets, interconnection, permitting, development economics and project execution.Demonstrated ability to move projects from early-stage origination toward financeable or construction-ready milestones.Existing relationships across utilities, developers, EPC, engineering, land or infrastructure capital are highly valued.Builder mindset: comfortable creating systems, teams and processes in an early-stage environment.
