Responsibilities
- Deconstruct and redesign the design and construction processes to reduce cost and time
- Lead large-scale build-to exercises to identify optimal product delivery at set budgets
- Establish and maintain partnerships with construction firms, ensuring adherence to standards
- Oversee the real estate pipeline from sourcing to deal negotiation and management
- Innovate deal structures to succeed in a challenging market environment
- Enhance teamwork across Real Estate, Design, and Construction for cohesive operations
- Serve as a key executive member, facilitating clarity in complex decisions
Qualifications
- Deep expertise in construction and design with commercial real estate fluency
- Track record of scaling physical development or real estate platforms at the executive level
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across different locations
- Strong financial acumen with an understanding of unit economics and EBITDA
- Experience working in senior leadership teams to shape company-wide strategy
- Clear, directive leadership style invested in team development
