Chief CRNA

WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join the team in a permanent full‑time leadership role. The position offers a flexible schedule while providing anesthesia services for a diverse patient population and includes the opportunity to lead and manage a team of skilled CRNAs.

Responsibilities

• Work a 4‑10 (40 hr clinical) schedule and oversee the staff CRNAs that WCS Healthcare Partners is hiring.
• Provide anesthesia services for a wide variety of patients and procedures.
• Perform pre‑operative assessments and develop anesthesia care plans.
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care as appropriate.
• Continuously monitor patients' physiological status throughout procedures.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing staff, and peri‑operative teams.
• Participate in a culture focused on safety, quality improvement, and patient‑centered care.
• Manage CRNA staff, conduct reviews/evaluations, handle scheduling, and interview new staff.

Requirements

• Leadership skills required.
• Board‑certified (BC) with a New York license and no credentialing issues.
• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia education program.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and high‑quality patient care.

Schedule

Flexible 4‑10 schedule totaling 40 clinical hours per week.

Pay

Includes a $60,000 annual stipend.
