About the Role
The Urology Group (TUG), a member of Urology Alliance (UA), is seeking talented, board-certified urologists to join our practice in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. We are excited to announce openings for two urologists—one in 2026 and one in 2027—driven by our continued growth and commitment to exceptional care. This employed position offers a partnership track, local autonomy with national resources, and a generous financial package including relocation allowance, signing bonus, and annual CME.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive urologic care, diagnosing and treating conditions such as BPH, kidney stones, prostate cancer, and incontinence with personalized plans.
- Perform advanced procedures, including robotic surgery and minimally invasive techniques, in our fully integrated facilities and outpatient surgery center.
- Collaborate with a robust team of urologists, advanced practice providers, and staff across multiple locations in a supportive, innovative setting.
- Utilize state-of-the-art tools and contribute to specialized clinics (e.g., Advanced Prostate Cancer Clinic, BPH Clinic).
- Maintain a balanced schedule designed to maximize patient impact while supporting personal well-being.
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible urologist.
- Expertise in general urology; subspecialty skills are a strong plus.
- Compassionate, patient-focused professional with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
