Responsibilities

The Chief Clinical Officer is responsible for translating HarmonyCares’ clinical strategy into a consistent, scalable home-based care model across markets. This physician leader designs practical workflows, team roles, education, quality improvement routines, and program supports that help interdisciplinary teams deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. While the Enterprise Chief Medical Officer retains ultimate enterprise medical governance, the Chief Clinical Officer owns care model design, implementation, and
