About the Role

HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking an experienced Chief CRNA to lead the dynamic anesthesia team at HCA Florida Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, FL. This role serves as a liaison between facility leadership, the anesthesia practice, and ancillary departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 12 Anesthesiologists and 28 CRNAs/CAAs covering an average of 21 sites of service daily
• Oversee approximately 18,000 total cases per year
• Collaborate with all levels of the organization as an effective communicator

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a CRNA
• Previous leadership experience in a large community hospital environment (strongly preferred)
