Responsibilities
- Develop continuous performance improvement and risk management programs.
- Ensure compliance with licensure, certification, and credentialing requirements.
- Lead educational initiatives to meet APP continuing education needs.
- Maintain efficient perioperative workflow and oversee scheduling.
- Collaborate with leadership to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
- Supervise and evaluate staff APPs, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Oversee recruitment efforts for quality APPs in collaboration with recruitment teams.
- Maintain readiness for regulatory inspections and evaluations.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a CRNA.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and proven leadership skills.

- Team of 10 General Anesthesiologists, 14 APPs covering 9 sites of service.
- Diverse mix of cases including General, GI, Obstetrics, Neuro, Complex Neuro/Spine and Bariatric.
- Pediatric experience desirable but not required. Pediatric Anesthesiologists on the team.
- Level III NICU. OB experience required.
- Additional $10K stipend offered for Neuro experience.
- Schedule available is 4, 10s. Required Beeper Call: 1 weekday evening, 1:4 weekends.
- Fri, 5:30p- 10:00p, Sat 7a-7p, Sun 7a-7p.

- $75,000 Start Date Bonus with a 3-year commitment and relocation assistance available.
