Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

For our client, we are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a healthcare environment.

Location & Compensation

Location: Durham, NC - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $312,000 – $520,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop anesthesia care plans
• Administer anesthetics and manage medical equipment
• Monitor patient condition during procedures
• Manage patient recovery and discharge from post-anesthesia care
• Implement advanced pain management techniques
• Stabilize patients in emergency situations
• Ensure patient safety and collaborate with healthcare teams

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program
• Current state licensure for CRNAs
• BLS and ACLS certification
• National Board certification for Nurse Anesthetists
• Insurability by appropriate medical malpractice insurance
