Job Summary
HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking an experienced CRNA to lead the CRNA team at HCA Florida Lake City Hospital. Lake City is approximately 60 miles from Jacksonville and 30 miles from Gainesville, Florida. The transition from an all MD to a Care Team model is underway. The team values mutual respect, collaboration, and providing high-quality patient care.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team in a low acuity hospital—no trauma, no OB, new GE machines, pyxis, MedAction EHR. The schedule is flexible, offering 8 or 10-hour shifts with NO CALL.
Responsibilities
- Lead the CRNA team in a low acuity hospital setting
- Collaborate with the Care Team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Manage the transition from an all MD to a Care Team model
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
- Current Florida RN license
- Current Florida CRNA license
- At least 5 years of CRNA experience
- Experience leading a CRNA team
- Knowledge of anesthesia equipment and techniques

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
