About the role
Manage business operations leading a team of 20+. Partner with a senior leader for one-on-one coaching and development.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 20+ in restaurant operations
- Serve and lead in restaurant operations 35-40 hours/week
- Learn and apply business strategies to improve organizational performance
- Lead systems and processes ensuring consistent execution of food safety, food quality, and customer service
- Partner with other leaders to create goals and inspire progress
