Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new processes and technologies to support the growth of the cannabis industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, technology, or science.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the cannabis industry or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse teams.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
