About the job

The functional requirements for the Sulfuric Acid production positions are needed to ensure that experience, responsibilities, and tasks are defined and to show where each position fits into the site organization.

• Cleans various areas of the plant as directed by the Production Supervisor
• Trains as relief operator and relieves First Operator and MCA 2nd Class when directed by Production supervisor.
• Completes required training as planned on the ATP.
• Completes necessary process control sampling and analysis.
• Follows all safety rules, procedures, and practices for safety of other Operators, maintenance personnel, and contractors.
• Assists with handling of raw materials and water treatment chemicals.

Qualifications

We believe you bring High School Diploma Experience in plant operations (preferable)

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to the Production Supervisor and based in Axis, AL.
