What You’ll Do
- Measure, mix, and process chemical formulations according to established specifications
- Operate and monitor processing equipment, reactors, and blending systems
- Ensure accurate batching and documentation of production runs
- Perform quality checks and report any deviations or inconsistencies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of raw materials and chemicals
- Support continuous improvement efforts in production efficiency and quality
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in chemical processing, manufacturing, or industrial production preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with processing equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically active environment
- Reliable attendance and ability to start work at 6:00 AM, Monday–Friday

About the Role
Beynon Sports Surfaces is seeking a Chemical Processor to support the production of high-performance polyurethane and specialty surfacing products. This role is critical to ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency in our manufacturing process.
