About the role
We are hiring a Chemical Mixer / Production Operator to support our manufacturing team in Greensboro, NC. This is a Contract to Hire, fully onsite position responsible for operating mixing, blending, filling, and packaging equipment while safely producing products that meet quality and production standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate chemical processing, mixing, blending, and packaging equipment
- Follow batch sheets, SOPs, and production instructions
- Monitor product quality and process conditions
- Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and routine maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and make basic mechanical adjustments as needed
- Complete batch records and production documentation accurately
- Handle raw materials and finished products safely
- Maintain GMP, safety, and housekeeping standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, chemical processing, food production, or a related environment
- Mechanical aptitude and experience working with industrial equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform basic mechanical adjustments
- Experience with mixing, blending, batch processing, or chemical manufacturing preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail
