Chef/Cook - Eagle Point Senior Living

About the role

Eagle Point Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Chef/Cook to join their dynamic team. The community opened in 2018 and is located overlooking the beautiful Fox River in downtown Appleton, WI. They offer a range of services including Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and meals in accordance with planned menus, diet plans, recipes, portions, and temperature control procedures.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and floors, dishes, and utensils.
• Check all trays for menu and diet requirements and preference and accuracy.
• Ensure proper storage for food and supplies.
• Review and process diet changes and ensure menus are maintained and followed in accordance with established procedures.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.

Pay

$17.50-$22.50 an hour wage is based on experience.

Schedule

All shifts, including rotating weekends/holidays.
