Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold menu items using grills, sauté stations, salad bars, and service lines;
- Ensure proper preparation, portioning, and serving of foods according to the menu cycle and standardized recipes;
- Taste and prepare food to assess quality and palatability.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Senior Living preferred;
- Experience with production methods, portion control, and food handling safety required;
- Great organizational skills;
- Strong communication skills;
- Attention to detail and presentation of food products;
- Able to work weekends.
