Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold menu items using grills, sauté stations, salad bars, and service lines;
• Ensure proper preparation, portioning, and serving of foods according to the menu cycle and standardized recipes;
• Taste and prepare food to assess quality and palatability.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Senior Living preferred;
• Experience with production methods, portion control, and food handling safety required;
• Great organizational skills;
• Strong communication skills;
• Attention to detail and presentation of food products;
• Able to work weekends.
