Job Requirements

• Prepares menu items as directed by the Manager of Dining Services.
• Produces well-executed dishes with attention to nutrition and presentation.
• Supports kitchen workflow across prep through service.
• Maintains required standards for sanitation, food handling, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 12 years of cook/chef experience in a restaurant, senior living, or similar setting (preferred, not required).
• Culinary arts certificate from an accredited program (preferred).
