- Produces well-executed dishes with attention to nutrition and presentation.
- Supports kitchen workflow across prep through service.
- Maintains required standards for sanitation, food handling, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- 12 years of cook/chef experience in a restaurant, senior living, or similar setting (preferred, not required).
- Culinary arts certificate from an accredited program (preferred).
