Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable, and prompt transportation for clients
• Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and operational condition of assigned vehicles
• Plan and follow efficient routes while monitoring traffic conditions and potential delays
• Aid clients with luggage, doors, and other reasonable requests as needed
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, dispatchers, concierge staff, and security personnel
• Cookordinate and work professionally alongside security details and other vehicles when required
• Follow transportation schedules, itineraries, and instructions while remaining flexible when plans change
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company standards
• Maintain strict client confidentiality and discretion at all times
• Provide a professional, courteous, and client-focused experience throughout every journey

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications

• English proficiency is required
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record
• Must demonstrate strong driving skills and knowledge of local roads, highways, airports, hotels, restaurants, and major destinations
• Must be punctual, dependable, well-groomed, and professional
• Must be comfortable working alongside security personnel and following coordinated transportation and security procedures
• Previous EMR, EMS, law enforcement, police, military, security, or executive protection experience is preferred but not required
• Experience in luxury transportation, hospitality, travel, or high-level client service is preferred
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and adaptable in changing or high-pressure situations
• Strong commitment to client privacy, safety, and exceptional service
