About the role

Chaska Heights, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Caregiver/HHA/CNA (Full Time) to join their growing team. The community is located in Chaska, Minnesota, offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents with personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as per the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Aid in medication administration as directed.

Requirements

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Pay

• HHA Wage: $17-$22/HR
• CNA Wage: $19-$24/HR

Schedule

• Split Shift AM (7a-11a).
• Split Shift PM (5p-9p).
