About the role

Chaska Heights, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Caregiver/HHA/CNA (Part Time) to join their growing team. The community is located in Chaska, Minnesota, providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents with personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Aid in medication administration.

Requirements

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR.

Pay

• HHA Wage: $17-$22/HR
• CNA Wage: $19-$24/HR

Schedule

• Shifts Available: Part Time PM (3-11pm)
