About the role

Chase Plus is expanding and seeking talented professionals to join our team across Karachi and Sialkot. We are currently hiring for multiple positions in retail operations, security, creative design, and support functions.

Responsibilities

• Head Cashier: Manage cash transactions, reconcile accounts, and ensure accuracy.
• Cash Management Team Supervision: Oversee cash management teams, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Reconciliation & Reporting: Conduct regular reconciliations and prepare financial reports.
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Security Manager: Lead security operations, monitor risks, and implement loss prevention strategies.
• Emergency Response & Safety Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to emergency response protocols and safety policies.
• Graphic Designer (Karachi): Design social media creatives, marketing campaigns, and branding materials.
• Non-Food Department Floor Manager: Manage the non-food department, including shoes, leather goods, crockery, fabric, apparel, toys, and stationery.
• Section Executives: Assist in managing the non-food department, focusing on specific product categories.
• Grocery Department Floor Manager: Manage the grocery department, including edible and non-edible grocery items, health and beauty products.
• Section Executives: Assist in managing the grocery department, focusing on specific product categories.
• Checkout & Support Functions: Perform cashier duties, manage internal security, and handle warehouse and GRN tasks.

Requirements

• Head Cashier: Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field, 1-3 years of experience in cashiering.
• Cash Management Team Supervision: Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field, 1-3 years of experience in supervisory roles.
• Reconciliation & Reporting: Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field, 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Customer Service Excellence: Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field, 1-3 years of experience in customer service.
• Security Manager: Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field, 1-3 years of experience in security or law enforcement.
• Emergency Response & Safety Policy Compliance: Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field, 1-3 years of experience in emergency response or safety management.
• Graphic Designer (Karachi): Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Media, or a related field, 1-3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Non-Food Department Floor Manager: Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field, 1-3 years of experience in retail management.
• Section Executives: Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field, 1-3 years of experience in retail management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Media, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years in graphic design and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of social media content and digital design trends.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Preferred: Experience in retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands; knowledge of motion graphics, reel editing, and trend-based content creation.
