About the role

We are seeking experienced accounting and finance professionals to join our team. Ideal candidates should have a combination of experience from both public accounting firms and large corporations.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a wide range of accounting and finance projects for major corporations.
  • Contribute to IPO readiness, mergers and acquisitions, and carve-out initiatives.
  • Provide value-added service to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different departments and industries.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance.
  • Experience as an external auditor from a large CPA firm, with at least 2 years of experience, including at least one busy season as a senior.
  • CPA certification or progress towards obtaining one.
  • Experience in corporate accounting and/or finance at a large public corporation.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including proficiency in GAAP and FASB rules and standards.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency with macros, pivot tables, etc.

Skills, Knowledge, And Qualifications
