Key Responsibilities
- Ensure effective patient care and address departmental and staff concerns
- Serve as a resource and guide for nursing staff
- Communicate patient, departmental, and staff issues to leadership
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of a nursing program
- Minimum of one year hospital nursing experience; two or more years preferred
- Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license
- BLS certification required
- Bachelor's degree and advanced certifications are preferred
- Demonstrated clinical competency
