About the Role

Coordinate and deliver high-quality nursing care for patients across all ages, managing operational issues during shifts. Provide direct clinical care as needed based on patient census and communicate patient needs, departmental concerns, and staff issues to leadership. Serve as a resource and guide for nursing staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Minimum of one year of hospital nursing experience; two or more years preferred.
• Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
• BLS certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree and advanced specialty certification preferred.
• Demonstrated clinical competency.
