About the role
Coordinate and deliver high-quality nursing care across the patient lifecycle, manage operational issues during shifts, and provide clinical support based on census demands.
Responsibilities
- Communicate patient and departmental concerns to leadership
- Serve as a resource for staff guidance and assistance
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of hospital nursing experience (over 2 years preferred)
Qualifications
- RN licensure
- BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- AWHONN fetal monitoring certification
- PEARS (Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition, and Stabilization)
- Pediatric certifications (if applicable)
- Additional certifications may be required based on specialty areas
