Responsibilities

• Assigning, directing, educating, and monitoring nursing/support staff during shifts.
• Assessing patient care needs and developing appropriate care assignments.
• Collaborating with advanced practice providers to achieve quality outcomes.
• Evaluating patient care effectiveness and addressing issues impacting outcomes.
• Responding to patient care complaints and participating in hiring, training, and staff evaluations.
• Ensuring safety and performing other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
• At least one year of registered nurse experience.
• Active RN license and BLS certification in required states.
