Charge RN - Hem/Onc/BMT - Weekend Program - Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to lead and coordinate nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and clinical objectives are met.

Responsibilities

• Assigning, directing, educating, and monitoring nursing and support staff during shifts
• Assessing patient care needs and developing appropriate care assignments
• Collaborating with advanced practice providers to achieve quality outcomes
• Evaluating patient care effectiveness and addressing issues affecting outcomes
• Responding to patient care complaints and participating in staff hiring, training, and evaluation
• Ensuring safety and performing other assigned duties

Qualifications and skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent
• At least one year of registered nurse experience
• Valid RN license and BLS certification in the applicable state
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform routine tasks
• Strong communication, assessment, and collaborative skills

Schedule

Work primarily during night shifts.
